WellWatered The 3 “R’s”- ROOTED

It's August, it's our first WellWatered Wednesday from our break. We are refreshed and ready to pour. Our next three devotionals will work together to help us discover the three R's. " Rooted, Refreshed, and Renewed. 
Rooted is todays devotional, let's dissect what Rooted means with God's word as our insight. 

Scripture~

“Blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in Him. They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream.”

– Jeremiah 17:7–8 (NIV)

Before anything can grow, it must be planted. Before it can bloom, it must be buried. Being rooted means trusting the process of being planted — even when it’s dark, uncomfortable, or quiet.

God doesn’t just want us to be saved — He wants us to be anchored. When your roots run deep in Him, you’re not easily shaken by storms or dry seasons. Your strength isn’t in your surroundings — it’s in your source.

Rooted women are resilient women. They are not led by emotions or pressure but by purpose. Being rooted in God means you know who you are and whose you are — even when life tries to tell you otherwise.
