"Refreshed"

Scripture~
"He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul.”

– Psalm 23:2–3a (NIV)

Even rooted women get weary. But here’s the promise: God knows how to refresh you.

To be refreshed means to be filled again — with peace, strength, clarity, or hope. Life has a way of draining us: work, family, ministry, even our own thoughts. But Jesus invites us to the well daily. And not just for a sip — for overflow.

Refreshment happens when we rest in God’s presence. When we stop striving and let Him pour into us. When we quiet the noise and receive His stillness. You don’t have to run on empty — the same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead lives in you. Let Him refill you.

Reflection Questions:

What areas of my life feel dry or drained?

How can I intentionally rest in God this week?

Am I making time to be poured into, or always pouring out?

Prayer~

Father, I come to You needing a refill. Quench every dry place in me. Let Your Word be water to my soul. Teach me to rest in You, to pause long enough to be refreshed by Your Spirit. Amen.
