WALK & WORSHIP
Come As You Are: Breathe, Be Still, Be Present
Scripture:
“Be still, and know that I am God.”
— Psalm 46:10 KJV
There is something powerful about simply being still.
So much of our lives require us to keep moving.
We take care of our families.
We work.
We serve.
We lead.
We show up for everybody else.
And sometimes, without realizing it, we become so accustomed to carrying everything that we forget what it feels like to put something down.
Tomorrow, we are not coming together to accomplish something.
We are not coming to prove anything.
We are not coming with a long list of things we have to fix.
We are simply coming to breathe.
To walk.
To worship.
To fellowship.
To be present.
And most importantly, to make room for God.
BREATHE
Take a deep breath.
Inhale slowly.
And exhale.
Again.
As you breathe, remind yourself:
I don’t have to carry everything today.
There are things that belong in God’s hands.
There are things I don’t have to figure out right now.
There are things I can release.
BE OPEN
Sometimes we come into moments with God already thinking about what we need Him to do.
But tomorrow, let’s come with open hands.
Open to hear.
Open to receive.
Open to worship.
Open to rest.
Open to whatever God wants to speak to our hearts.
You don’t have to force a moment.
You don’t have to have a profound revelation.
You don’t even have to say anything.
Just be present.
BE STILL
Psalm 46:10 doesn’t say, “Be still and figure everything out.”
It says:
“Be still, and know that I am God.”
There is rest in knowing that God is still God even when we don’t have all the answers.
So tomorrow, give yourself permission to slow down.
Let the music play.
Let the conversation happen naturally.
Enjoy the trees.
Enjoy the morning air.
Enjoy the laughter.
Enjoy the quiet.
And if your mind is busy, don’t feel bad about it.
Just breathe and come back to the moment.
TOMORROW, LET THIS BE OUR PRAYER:
“Father, I come just as I am.
I lay down the things I’ve been carrying.
I release the pressure to have everything together.
Help me slow down enough to hear You.
Help me breathe deeply enough to remember that You are with me.
Open my heart to receive whatever You want to give me in this moment.
Let this be a time of peace, worship, renewal, and rest.
Teach me to walk with You—not just when I’m moving, but also when I’m still.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.”
YOUR INTENTION FOR TOMORROW
Before you come, ask yourself:
“What do I need to leave with God tomorrow?”
You don’t have to share your answer with anyone.
Just bring it with you.
And when you begin your walk…
Breathe.
Release.
Worship.
Listen.
Rest.
Walk. Worship. Breathe.
Be WellWatered.
